I run Ad Aware, the #1 ranked program and it doesn't say anything about spy ware on any of my systems and all of them are running open office. What product are you using and how do you know this isn't
a false positive on the file!

If this guy is wrong, can we sue him for damaging the organizations and products reputation? Before
you go spreading it around, I hope you have triple checked your facts!!!

Hello.

I have a question and a serious complaint about OpenOffice 2.0.

I was going to install it (Spanish version) when I found that OpenOffice has
Spy-Ware...
"Object: OOo_2.0.0rc2_051005_Win32Intel_langpack_es.exe
Category: DataMiner
Vendor: BargainBuddy"
...so I (obviously) blocked the installation!

Then I checked other versions, all in your core web page www.openoffice.org

Damn! I am terribly disapointed with OpenOffice project!
SpyWare! Why? That's not fair! That is lying to people.
That is being like Micro$oft.

So, because of this, I will not install OpenOffice and, of course, will try to
spread the information as far as I can.
I hope this is only a misunderstanding.

And that's all.
