It really doesn't matter which of the USA sites you use. Theoretically you should get a marginally faster download from a site which is close to you, but in practice it is doubtful that you will notice any difference. If the mirror you pick starts downloading slowly, stop and try another. The only reason there is more than one choice is to share the load between the servers.
