I believe there was a response to this or a similar question, and the answer was to use a photo editing program (GIMP would work) to alter the photo and make it very faint first. In GIMP: One way to do this is Tools > Color Tools > Levels. In Corel PhotoPaint (as another example): Image > Adjust > Level Equalization. Reminder ----- Original Message ----- From: Dieter Brand To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, November 24, 2005 11:38 AM Subject: water-mark I want to create a water-mark in a word or power-point document. I found to go to format/page/background and I could import a grafic (e.g. foto). But I want this to really appear as a water-mark which means it is only slightly to be seen in the background. So far I couldn't do it. What am I doing wrong? By the way in Power Point I cannot even import a foto with the obove measure. Awaiting your comments. Thanks in advance. Best Regards D.
