I'm using the X11 version of OpenOffice.org 2.0 on Mac OS X 10.4.3. Is
there any way I can easily use OpenType fonts in OOo? I tried
putting the
files in .../openoffice.org2.0/share/fonts/truetype [1], but they
were not
recognized in either case.
If it's not possible to use OpenType fonts directly, can anyone
recommend a
decent program to convert the fonts to TrueType? I've done it with
FontForge, but I had to convert each variant (e.g. Bold, Italic, etc.)
manually, and that took forever. A command-line-only tool is fine.
