The "right to left" & "Left to right" is not enabled on the formatting
toolbar as I'm using Arabic language in my documents and I need to

Go to Tools... Options... Language Tools and enable the option called
"enable CTL".
Then the R-L and L-R buttons will be added automatically to the
Formatting toolbar.
