OOo doesn't, that I'm aware of, have a FrontPage 'workalike' which would be faint praise at best. However, there are in opensource, several quite good substitutes that can and will generate html code that will pass the W3C validation tests, something FrontPage has yet to do even for a basic one liner. Take a look at 'Quanta Plus' as one example that I've used and I don't really know from nuthin about html.
