If you get a download manager that can resume partial downloads (like
wget or the Aria plugin for Firefox), you can download it a bit at a
time. I've managed it at 28.8K.

Unfortunately, there isn't a patch for updating your current version.
You'll have to download the whole suite again. But maybe you can have a
look at the website, if there is an organisation, which provides you a
CD with the program for a small fee.
