You may or may not have downloaded the file successfully. Here are a
couple of quick checks for that. The file you downloaded should be named
OOo_2.0.0_Win32Intel_install.exe if you have windows. It should be a 75 MB
file. (I am assuming you are using a version of windows. The download file
for other operating systems are different and have a different size.)
Search for this file. When you find it, double click on it to begin
installation. (You see, so far you have only downloaded the file; you have
not installed it yet.) The installation should be straight forward. There are
instructions for how to install OOo on different operating systems including
windows at this link:
