[users] Installation: Error 1606 Could Not Access Network Location

How can I overcome this error and get OO installed.  I'm using WinXP Media 
Edition (fully updated) on a new Dell Pentium 4 machine.  I have no other 
office applications installed, but do have McAfee security suite and MS 
Anti-Spyware Beta.  Thanks for the help.
