A hint I was given early on is to set up a message filter with
Delivered-to contains moderator and redirect this mail to a specified
Moderated subfolder. That way all the not subscribed are in one folder.

Hi Dave,
"[moderated]" is only in the subject line if the poster clicked on a link
similar to mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] .
Anyone else who does not use this link will still be viewed by the
moderators. However unfortunately they have no control over puttin
"[moderated]" into the subject line. But you can always tell which mails
have been moderated by looking at the "Delivered-to:" field you will see
"moderator".
