Yes, but forms have to be re-built (they are in VBA in Access and that
is proprietary & does not get converted over.)
I took a (Office 97) .mdb file, stuck it in a test area on my PC, in
OpenOffice 2.0 did a New Document, Database and followed the wizard,
choosing to open an existing database of type Microsoft Access. Worked
like a dream.
Queries were converted to views under Tables, forms are not converted.
