You will get all occurences of that word selected. Simply go to the "font Color" toolbutton (or the Format>Caracter menu) and set the color. Will be applied to ALL selected text, as usual.
Alternatively, you can use the "format" option in the Search&Replace dialog (it appears after pressing "More options"). Go to the "Replace" box, enter the words to write (the same as in Find, or simply"&", wich is a "magic term" meaning, "whatever you have found") and press Format and select teh formating (including font color) for the text OOo F&R will write.
