[users] Minor problem?

Have recently installed OpenOffice (latest version).Now when I startup my 
computer  and everything is on screen, I get an O.O. message: ``The application 
cannot be started.A connection to the central configuration could not be 
established.Yet I can start the various parts of O.O. via Start, etc. What 
gives??. How do I correct this or, if not important,how to cancel this message??
