Hail,
Any idea as to how one would search for any (as opposed to a
specific character) colored (other than the intended) text?
Searching for any text of a specific color is easy but I would like
to find any text that is not black.

Hi Rick,

There are details in the knowledgebase at http:// mindmeld.cybersite.com.au that shows how to do such a search. You can do it using the Find&Replace tool in OOo.

Hi Rick,

Sorry, I jumped in ahead and thought you were searching for a specific colour in your text. The simplest way I would see it (if it is possible, have not checked this yet) is to find the main text colour, then inverse the selection. Can OOo inverse
its selection? I will have to check that one :)

Jonathon
