Dave, Thanks for your suggestion.Have used the repair-function in the installer; also a complete re- install. Am still getting the `onscreen` warning: The application cannot be started.A connection to the central configuration could not be established. Guess I have to live with `clicking it away`, as the various sections of the program seem to work! And yes, I am using Windows XP Home.
