There is an X86 that works with OS 10.3. With an update to Tiger,
X11 becomes available, and the full OOo system really becomes a
legitimate Program,
Hope this is a help. I have OOo on both Os 10, ant 2 Linux flavors.
It seems to be as useful as Appleworks.
I nver went for the Gates office version at all. That guy has enough
Boats and Nansions.
