You will find the installer for X11 either on the CDs or DVD'd that came with you mac, or you can download it from Apple's website. Once that is installed 2.0 should work OK --

I would take a few minutes to take a look at wwww.neooffice.org -- you might find a much more mac like flavor of Open Office a better fit in you office.
