Are you using the same template as the Avery type of label? I would
guess not from your description. Sheet formats may be selected from the
dropdown list.

I had similar problems with the Avery templates. I used the label
wizard and after the first sheet they had a tendency to crawl farther
toward the top of the page with each following page. I had Avery Wizard
on another machine and just switched to it and didn't bother with it.
