It is possible that your last name has gotten into the AutoCorrect list. This could happen through someone playing a joke or by someone accidentally clicking on an incorrect option during spell checking.
Go to Tools -> AutoCorrect and select the Replace tab. If you see your name in the right column, select it and press the Delete button.
