I created a secondary X axis on a chart and removed the primary X axis. It displayed fine. I saved it and then reopened it and the secondary axis was gone and the primary axis was back. I tried it a few times without success. I finally left both axis, which was fine with me and probably better, and the secondary remained, along with the primary.
