Thanks for the reply. Actually the first time I tried to run it after
installation, the openning screen came up, but stopped part way. I ran the
"repair" option and it was after this that I had the DLL error message.

I'll try your suggestion. Again - thanks! By the way, this is much better
service/responce than I'd ever get from that other guy - "you know - that
guy from Seattle".

Did it ever run? If yes, then please re-run setup again and use the
Repair option. If no, then I suggest that somehow the download image
ended up corrupted and this is the result. In this case, remove this
copy of OOo and the download image then download again and this time
check the integrity of the image using md5sum.exe (This info is on one
of the pages presented in the download process) I would also recommend
that you get the Setup Guide linked from these pages too.
