Hi,
My OOo 2.0 Writer has suddenly started saving .doc or .odt files as
application/octet files. I'm using the 'save as' command correctly -
have been successfully using OOo for nearly a year now - and have also
tried manually changing the file extensions with no success. I've
removed and reinstalled OOo 2.0 as well as tried using the repair tool
on the OOo 2.0 CD with no success.
I'm running the latest version of XP on a Toshiba laptop.
