[users] Need help on backing up files

Ladies/Gentleman:
I have been trying to create a back up copy to a .svx spreadsheet, but I am not 
allowed to. A message reads, "Cannot Creat Back up Copy!". Then I lose 
everything when I exit. I am using Windows 98. I just installed Perfect Pro 
Office system. Please Help!
