Have a look at http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=52103

This gives some ideas on installing a custom dictionary. The "collected'
dictionaries or the ones added by the Dictionary import macro have a
maximum size (as I recall) of 2500 words, which is much too small for
you. Let me know if you need any further enlightenment on the method in
the bug report.
