I am using 2.0.1 on Win2kPro with 384meg and a 40gig hd, P-III at
500mhz. When setting up a query based on a table from an OO spreadsheet
(20 column by 760 row, each cell populated), Base will lock up or shut
down. Usually it will shut down and claim to recover when restarted. It
does not recover anything but the original table. No queries are
recovered, even when I succeed in setting up the query before the crash.
Have had the same problem with Suse Linux 10.x running the latest
available OO.
I have sent 3 or 4 (don't remember which) bug reports when this occurs.
Suggestions welcome as I don't want to go back to MS.
