Word is in my Start column which is was in Windows 98 and I was used to opening it and typing blah blah blah... so when I got XP I just continue to open Word and it goes right to OO Though it seems that some functions are different such as going through the route I discovered through seach files and locating a delete icon only at that point-seems as though OO would have a delete function at the top (of the window in all of the tool bar stuff I searched long and hard in each and every angle I could- to no avail.) for quicker ability. Tell me if I am overlooking one please. That is why I could create a file from up above but cannot delete from same.
