Hello,
This may seem like a pretty basic question (but I'm a pretty basic computer
user!) and a brief look around the OpenOffice user-support web page didn't turn
up an answer.
I've been using version 1.0.3 and want to install 2.0.1. Do I need to do any
prep like uninstalling the old version, or does the new installation procedure
cover this?
(Also, I'm wondering about checking the integrity of the file using Md5Sums.
This looks like something more complicated than I would like to do. Do I have
to? What are the risks if I don't?)
