After googling, it seems that this error (but with different path) is
generated by the OS and/or the installer, not OOo itself
(http://support.microsoft.com/ph/2488/en-us/?sid=320&aid=3).

Do you have admin rights on the machine?  Are you trying to install to
a network share which you don't have admin rights?

Anyone else have a solution?
