Hi James, I took the liberty of forwarding your message to Mr. Ericson off-list, since he does not appear to subscribed to this list. While I agree with most of your sentiments, I suspect he may well be a Microsoft troll (we have a few here), in which case your words will have fallen on deaf ears and a closed mind. Had he been genuinely interested in resolving the "supposed" and "unqualified" issues he had with Base, he would have asked for advice or assistance instead of just ranting.
