Have you tried CvsGui at http://www.wincvs.org I don't think you need ssh tunnelling for anonymous access (could be wrong there), but in any case there are links from there to using CvsGui with ssh. Also, the cvs commands at http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_windows_tcsh.html under "Get the source code" provide all the info you need - although you'll need a little cvs knowledge to decipher the command lines. Hopefully this will get you the source code.
