Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem.  The problem I am having is
that when I set the correct paper size in OpenOffice (via the printer
settings window), it adjusts the size of the document, but the image it
actually sends to the printer is still an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet with the envelope
on the wrong side.  When I use the printer settings window in Word, the
image sent to the printer is the correct size for the envelope.
