After working for a couple of years with version 1.1, I decided to download
version 2.0. When working on a new document, I saved it as I always have done
with Open Office, as Word 97 / 2000, for the simple fact that no-one I ever
send Open Office documents to has been able to open them. However, I noticed
when returning to the saved document that I got the 1.1 interface. So, I
thought I'd better de-install 1.1. Mistake. All my 1000s of documents and
articles are now sitting on my computer in plain old Word Pad. When I try to
save in Word 97 / 2000, I only get Word Pad, tho' I can save in rtf. Can anyone
help?
