Hi All When a graphic is scanned in to document: Insert -> Picture -> Scan -> Request and later published to pdf, the resulting pdf has rendered the graphic in negative. ie the page is black with white writing.
It is possible to get proper pdf rendering with white pages and black writing, but the file is huge, close to 4X bigger!, This requires to have previously installed cups-pdf File -> Print -> Name: Pdf Converter; click "print to file" -> OK -> save It is possible to scan all the pages and save them as jpegs, then insert them into to the document. The rendered pdf is fine, but it very tedious and annoying to know the more efficient way is broken. How can this be fixed? using: openoffice.org 2 1.9.129-0.1ubuntu4 cups-pdf 1.7.1-1 Linux nutz 2.6.12-9-386 #1 Mon Oct 10 13:14:36 BST 2005 i686 GNU/Linux Ubuntu Breezy Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger.yahoo.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
