I just looked at the release plan here:

which says 2.0.3 is planned for release on May 29.
I don't call that "around the corner"... it's over 2 months away.
Also, my understanding (which may be wrong) is that any document
created from a template under 2.0.2 will have to be fixed, and
people may not discover there is a problem until after 2.0.3
comes out, if they don't update the template for some time. So
they may need this information months from now.
