I've just tried the NeoByzantine font in OO 2.0.2 under Windows XP. It
worked correctly.

However, the font does not appear to contain any characters in the Greek
Extended area of Unicode, so, if any of those characters were typed,
Windows would routinely substitute those characters from other fonts
that do contain them. That is not a bug: it is how Windows is supposed
to work.
