I must have something turned off (but I can't find how to enable it), but when I press [F4] or click on the icon to open the Data Sources pane, no additional tool bar shows above the pane. The only bar that is above the Data Sources pane is the one that contains the pointer, design mode, etc, icons, that was there before opening the Data Sources pane.

I've had this problem also. Once I saw en netry in the UI to hide it. Never found that place afterwards :-/

With a little help from this list I found the config-file:

If you go to
Application Data\OpenOffice.org2\user\ ..registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\UI

and open the file DbBrowserWindowState.xcu
(in a text-editer)

with a property visible that has to be set to true.

Succes & greetings,
Cor
