Turn on the Navigator (F5), and select the appropriate icon for browsing by bookmarks. You'll see a list of bookmarks (anchors) defined in your document. Another way to turn on the Navigator (in OOo 2.0.2) is to double-click on the Page number field of the Status bar (left most field).
