This is exactly the problem I'm having and described earlier. The
suggestions made in response to my post don't seem to work, for me,
but I'm still trying! To make matters worse, the sheet of labels is
now just showing every other record; I think that has something to do
with the left-right format, but I can't get it to change. This new
quirk is something that started after I tried to implement the
suggestions dealing with printing more than 30 labels.
This is exactly why I use the Label wizard, instead of formatting labels
some other way. If you're getting every other record, it's because you
have a NextRecord field inserted when/where you should not.. If you use
the Label wizard, you do not need a NextRecord field. Be sure to answer
correctly when you try to print the labels and are prompted to do a
MailMerge. The correct response is Yes. If you do not, you will only
print the labels that are in the label (template) document.
