That was easy! I went to the Avery web site (http://www.avery.com),
selected labels, searched for 5452 and downloaded the free template in
MS Word format. I then converted it to an Open Document Text template,
fixed up the dimensions that went slightly awry during conversion and
it's on its way to you off-list.
Incidentally, I've been thinking further about your 'F4' problem and
I've concluded that the key is pre-defined in your operating system,
which I'm guessing is Linux. I suggest that you look the the problem
from that angle.
