Sorry, I've no idea what is wrong, but the files freezes my OOo immedealty.
What did work for me, is open it in 1.1.5 and save it as sxw. Now it opens fine for me in 2.0.2.

I'll send it to you off-list, so that you can give it a try.
Is it OK to attach your file to an 'issue', so that developers can have a look, eventualy to improve the programm?

What do you mean by "stuck" ?

Which version of OpenOffice.org and which operating system are you using ?
