You don't need a boffin and I am not one :) It's a bit different from Excel, so try this. 1. Click the cell you want to move and drag the mouse pointer to an adjoining cell (Don't release the mouse button at this point). 2. Keep the mouse button held down and drag back to the cell to be moved, then release the mouse button. 3. Click on the highlighted cell, drag it to the required position. 4. Release the mouse button. Copying instead of moving are the same steps, except between steps 3 & 4 hold down the Ctrl key. Hope this helps and you are happy now.
