I think that you have defined your heading in such a way that this
occurring. Sorry the list strips attachments so I cannot be more
specific.  However, perhaps the sections on heading and indexes like a
TOC in
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide2_draft.pdf
will help
