     Look in your Temp folder in the Windows folder. It should contain all 
of OOo's temporary files in folders looking something like s?????.tmp. 
There may be several such folders in the Temp folder. One of them should 
contain the name of the file you deleted. When you find this file, delete 
the temporary folder that contains it. (DO NOT DELETE THE 'TEMP' FOLDER!)
