Hello, I clicked "Original Size" and many combinations. None of them work.

How do you know it is not 'original size' ? Images have setting for
resolution. For the web, images only need to be 75 dpi, since monitors
do not have resolution better than that. For print images, 300 dpi or
higher is needed so that when printing the image won't look pixelly.
What is your original image? Is it 300 pixels by 400 pixels? Then in
printing, it should be only 1 inch (300 pixels per inch == dpi). If you
want it bigger for printing, you need a bigger original image.
Hope that helps to find out more of what you are experiencing.

Right click on the image and select Picture from the context menu.
The
Type tab should have a button: Original Size. Click it.
