Hello, I'm teaching an Introduction to Computer Applications class that will cover mostly Writer and Calc. I was wondering if anyone had ideas for assignments I could give for the class. I just need some real-worldish document ideas I can use to teach various aspects of the software from.
An example I've come up with include having the students write up a checkbook in Calc. I'm having the most trouble coming up with examples for writer for some reason.
