Dear Sir: My Subscription No: DOF1764556DK.
   
  I have managed to download the above at the third attempt, which took about 4 
hours. I am now unable to open it. I have a Dell Latitude LT Laptop/Notebook, 
running Windows 2000, with 64 Mb RAM.
   
  I would appreciate some help.
