Yes there is a Romanian dictionary. Go to: "File -> Wizards -> Install new dictionaries" When you have installed the dictionary go to: "Tools -> Options ->Language settings -> Languages" you can set the default to Romanian. Language is an attribute of the text. So check under Stylist "F11 -> right click on Default -> Modify -> Font" and set the values for the styles and templates you need. Hope this helps.
