Just a quick question. My friend is looking for a vector based drawing
program to try. Is Open Office Draw such a program for him to try and
learn on. He has very basic needs at the moment. And is best to use
something relatively simple for him at this time? Is your Draw features
Vector based? Thank you in advance for your response to this inquiry.
