I'm not sure if the question about changing the source data is in the user guides. I've downloaded the most recent OOo general guide and its not in there, and there isn't one from OOoAuthors. I'm don't know how to do that either. When a chart is double-clicked for editing, a selection called 'Data Sources' appears in the Edit menu, but it's greyed out. Maybe that's the way to do it if you find a way so it's not greyed out. Guy
