hi, I am looking for a replacement of Excel.

The requirement for the replacement is it has

  Can Calc do that?

Sorry, but Calc has the same limits as Excel: 256 columns by
65,536 rows.

Yes it can do that but it has to be configured in a complex way. I
remember something about it being discussed on one of the lists (users
or discuss) a few months back, possibly around christmas? The whole
method for changing it was given then. You would have to search the
archives which i am way to lazy to do for you tonight.

I remember that thread. It was actually fairly easy assuming you had the wherewithal to change a couple of lines in the source and recompile from scratch. Of course those requirements means it is anything but "fairly easy" for most of us.
